At The Kure Studio, we believe that yoga and Pilates are for everyone, no matter your skill level. Our instructors provide modifications and variations for every movement, ensuring that you can challenge your body's needs. Experience the benefits of our Infared heat studio, where gentle heat enhances your workout from the inside out. Unlike traditional heated studios, Infared heat warms the body directly, promoting increased circulation, deeper muscle relaxation, and improved flexibility. The heat helps reduce inflammation, boost detoxification through sweat, and support overall recovery.
CLASS SESSIONS
PILATES
A form of exercise that focuses on strengthening and toning the body, particularly the core muscles. It involves controlled movements that improve flexibility, balance, and posture.
YOGA

BARRE
High-intensity, low-impact workout that focuses on sculpting and toning the muscles of the legs, arms, core.

Meet the Owner
Hi, I'm Kailyn!
I am from Johnson County Missouri, and I have developed a passion for fitness. I have always believed in the power of movement- not just as exercise but as a way to heal and grow. This is what inspired the name "The Kure"
Opening a Yoga and Pilates studio is my way of creating a space where people of all backgrounds can come together to move and challenge their bodies and find balance in their lives. Movement is more than just physical fitness. To me, it is a way to relieve stress and build confidence. My goal is to create a space that is empowering, encouraging and helps all clients achieve their fitness goals.
